Gnocchi oliveto

Ingredients:

for 2 persons: 400g gnocchi, 150g Baccalà della mamma – Bakalar oliveto (Cod oliveto), salt

Preparation:

cook gnocchi in hot salted water. Put Cod oliveto into heated pan, dilute it with a couple of table spoons of water in which gnocchi were cooked and stir until you get a thick sauce. Gnocchi are cooked when they raise to the surface and they need to be drained. Pour oliveto sauce over them and add several drops of extra virgin olive oil if desired.
