Lasagne pikantino

Ingredients:

for 2 persons: 180g lasagnes, 150g Baccalà della mamma – Bakalar pikantino (Cod pikantino), salt

Preparation:

put lasagnes into hot salted water. Put Cod pikantino into heated pan, dilute it with a couple of table spoons of water in which lasagnes were cooked and stir until you get a thick sauce. You can add chilli or red hot peppers if desired. When lasagnes are cooked "al dente", drain them, add pikantino sauce and mix all ingredients together. This dish is served warm.
