Ingredients:
for 2 persons: 300g polenta, 150g Baccalà della mamma – Bakalar na bijelo (Cod "in bianco"), salt
Preparation:
add a dash of salt and polenta (corn mash) into boiling water and stir while simmering. When it becomes sufficiently thick, add cod "in bianco" and stir lightly until cod and polenta become one. The obtained dish can be shaped to your liking and served hot or cold.
